I have a question. "Why do good things happen to bad people? I think that is because God is holding back His Judgement on mankind. How just is God. Let us look at Act 5: 1-11. Chapter 5
Ananias and Sapphira
1 But there was a certain man named Ananias who, with his wife, Sapphira, sold some property.2 He brought part of the money to the apostles, claiming it was the full amount. With his wifes consent, he kept the rest.
3 Then Peter said, Ananias, why have you let Satan fill your heart? You lied to the Holy Spirit, and you kept some of the money for yourself.4 The property was yours to sell or not sell, as you wished. And after selling it, the money was also yours to give away. How could you do a thing like this? You werent lying to us but to God!
5 As soon as Ananias heard these words, he fell to the floor and died. Everyone who heard about it was terrified.6 Then some young men got up, wrapped him in a sheet, and took him out and buried him.
7 About three hours later his wife came in, not knowing what had happened.8 Peter asked her, Was this the price you and your husband received for your land?
Yes, she replied, that was the price.
9 And Peter said, How could the two of you even think of conspiring to test the Spirit of the Lord like this? The young men who buried your husband are just outside the door, and they will carry you out, too.
10 Instantly, she fell to the floor and died. When the young men came in and saw that she was dead, they carried her out and buried her beside her husband.11 Great fear gripped the entire church and everyone else who heard what had happened.
Acts 5:1-11 (NLT)
It is easy to look at this in the way that God is not showing His Judgement on mankind. Both Ananias and his wife Sapphira were struck down for lieing to the Holy Spirit. How many of us have lied to the Holy Spirit and God didn't strike us down to give us a chance to repent from this and ask to be forgiven before His judgement. We need to stop worring about bad things happening to good people and be thankful that good things happen to bad people as well as good things happen to good people. Christ said "in that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and he sends rain on the just and the unjust alike.
Matt 5:45 (NLT)
Think of this the next time someone says Why does God allow bad things to happen to good people.

1 Corinthians 1:18
For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up."

Freedom is not free. It was bought with the price of 3 nails, a cross and the blood of Jesus. He is my savior, my defender, my rock and my strong tower. In Him I find rest, forgiveness, peace, and most importantly, salvation.

卍I follow the way of anti-Christianity. Therefore I don't accept Jesus Christ as my savior, rather than the destruction to mankind. If you realize how evil Christianity is and the truth has set you free, put this in your signature.卐
